You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Delaware. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Construction Engineering for a Bachelor’s list. Located in Newark, Delaware, this large public school handed out 19 degrees to qualified bachelors’s construction engineering students in 2020-2021.
