You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Oklahoma Norman Campus. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Oklahoma for EE for a Doctorate list. University of Oklahoma is a large public school situated in Norman, Oklahoma. It awarded 14 doctorate’s EE degrees in 2020-2021.
