You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Colorado Boulder. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly for Applied Engineering list. Located in Boulder, Colorado, this large public school awarded 61 diplomas to qualified ’s applied engineering students in 2020-2021.

CU - Boulder also made our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list, coming in at #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS].According to our most recent data, University of Colorado Boulder supports 37,437 students, and 1,379 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 968 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $12,889. In addition to receiving other benefits, 46 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Eligible students may be able to receive credit for their military training.

Out of the 4 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly for Applied Engineering that were part of this year’s ranking, Massachusetts Maritime Academy landed the #2 spot on the list. This small school is located in Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts, and it awarded 60 ’s applied engineering degrees in 2020-2021.

Maritime also made our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list, coming in at #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS].Among the 1,637 students enrolled at Massachusetts Maritime Academy, 75 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Ohio University - Athens Campus is a large public school situated in Athens, Ohio. It awarded 148 ’s applied engineering degrees in 2020-2021.

OHIO Athens also took the #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] spot in our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 726 of the 25,714 students enrolled at Ohio University - Athens Campus were GI Bill® students, of which 324 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $6,725. On top of their other funding sources, 10 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Ohio University - Athens Campus does offer credit for military training for eligible students.
