University of Tulsa came in at #7 in this year’s edition of the Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for General Petroleum Engineering for a Master’s ranking. University of Tulsa is a small school located in Tulsa, Oklahoma that handed out 16 masters’s general petroleum engineering degrees in 2020-2021.
