You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Portland State University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Oregon for Slavic, Baltic & Albanian for a Bachelor’s list. Portland State University is a large public school situated in Portland, Oregon. It awarded 13 bachelors’s Slavic, Baltic and Albanian degrees in 2020-2021.
