Out of the 2 schools in the Best Value European History Schools that were part of this year’s ranking, Keene State College landed the #1 spot on the list. Keene, New Hampshire is the setting for this small institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s European history degrees to 3 students in 2020-2021.
