You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend The University of Tennessee - Knoxville. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Tennessee for Library Science for a Master’s list. Knoxville, Tennessee is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out masters’s library science degrees to 106 students in 2020-2021.

UT Knoxville did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #1 on our “Best Library Science Master’s Degree Schools in Tennessee” list.Of the 30,559 students enrolled at The University of Tennessee - Knoxville, 1,122 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 739 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $10,650. In addition to receiving other benefits, 8 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. Eligible students may be able to receive credit for their military training.
