Located in Birmingham, Alabama, this medium-sized private not-for-profit school awarded 30 diplomas to qualified bachelors’s parks and rec students in 2020-2021.

Samford also took the #1 spot in our “Best Parks, Recreation, Leisure, & Fitness Studies Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Alabama” ranking.Among the 5,729 students enrolled at Samford University, 162 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. University of Alabama in Huntsville is located in Huntsville, Alabama and, has a medium-sized student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 48 bachelors’s parks and rec degrees to qualified students.

UAH not only placed well in this ranking. University of South Alabama is a fairly large school located in Mobile, Alabama that handed out 31 bachelors’s parks and rec degrees in 2020-2021.

As a testament to the quality of education offered at USA, the school also landed the #7 spot in our “Best Parks, Recreation, Leisure, & Fitness Studies Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Alabama” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 868 of the 14,224 students enrolled at University of South Alabama were GI Bill® students, of which 411 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
