Houston, Texas is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out associates’s general cosmetology degrees to 53 students in 2020-2021.

Houston Community College not only placed well in this ranking. Central New Mexico Community College is a public institution located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The school has a fairly large population, and it awarded 28 associates’s degrees in 2020-2021.
