The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Massachusetts for Criminal Justice for a Bachelor’s. UMass Lowell is a public institution located in Lowell, Massachusetts. The school has a fairly large population, and it awarded 214 bachelors’s degrees in 2020-2021.
