General Psychology is one of the most popular majors in the nation, ranking 4th of all the majors we analyze. In 2020-2021, 141,695 degrees were awarded to students with this major. In 2019-2020, general psychology graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $30,326 and had an average of $26,018 in loans still to pay off.
Across Pennsylvania, there were 4,847 general psychology graduates with average earnings and debt of $30,149 and $26,132 respectively.

Top 12 Best General Psychology Master’s Degree Colleges for Veterans in Pennsylvania
Out of the 12 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in Pennsylvania for Psychology for a Master’s that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Pennsylvania landed the #1 spot on the list. University of Pennsylvania is a private not-for-profit institution located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The school has a large population, and it awarded 48 masters’s degrees in 2020-2021.
