You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of North Dakota. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Plains States Region for Aviation/Airway Management and Operations for a Bachelor’s list. This fairly large school is located in Grand Forks, North Dakota, and it awarded 30 bachelors’s aviation/airway management and operations degrees in 2020-2021.

UD is a small private not-for-profit school situated in Dubuque, Iowa. It awarded 16 bachelors’s aviation/airway management and operations degrees in 2020-2021.

UD also took the #2 spot in our “Best Aviation/Airway Management & Operations Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Plains States Region” ranking.Among the 2,180 students enrolled at UD, 115 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 74 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $13,817. To help with additional expenses, 30 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program. UD does offer credit for military training for eligible students.
