You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Virginia Commonwealth University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Best Value Folk Art Schools in the Southeast Region For Those Getting Aid list. This large school is located in Richmond, Virginia, and it awarded 26 ’s folk art degrees in 2020-2021.

As a testament to the quality of education offered at VCU, the school also landed the #1 spot in our “Best Crafts, Folk Art & Artisanry Schools in the Southeast Region” ranking. The estimated yearly cost for VCU is $20,490 for southeast region folk art students with aid.
