You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Regent University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Film Studies for a Master’s list. Regent University is a fairly large private not-for-profit school situated in Virginia Beach, Virginia. It awarded 42 masters’s film studies degrees in 2020-2021.

Regent did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #2 on our “Best Film/Cinema/Media Studies Master’s Degree Schools in the Southeast Region” list.Our most recent data shows that 1,414 of the 10,483 students enrolled at Regent were GI Bill® students, of which 1,139 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $9,203. In addition to receiving other benefits, 42 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. Full Sail University is located in Winter Park, Florida and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 79 masters’s film studies degrees to qualified students.

As a testament to the quality of education offered at Full Sail University, the school also landed the #3 spot in our “Best Film/Cinema/Media Studies Master’s Degree Schools in the Southeast Region” ranking.Of the 24,627 students enrolled at Full Sail University, 4,199 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Savannah College of Art and Design. It ranked #3 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Film Studies for a Master’s list. Savannah College of Art and Design is a fairly large school located in Savannah, Georgia that handed out 4 masters’s film studies degrees in 2020-2021.

SCAD also made our “Best Film/Cinema/Media Studies Master’s Degree Schools in the Southeast Region” list, coming in at #1.Of the 14,265 students enrolled at Savannah College of Art and Design, 193 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 135 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $20,695. To help with additional expenses, 91 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program.
