You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Wisconsin for Visual Arts for a Bachelor’s list. Located in Whitewater, Wisconsin, this fairly large public school awarded 41 degrees to qualified bachelors’s visual arts students in 2020-2021.

UW - Whitewater also took the #1 spot in our “Best General Visual & Performing Arts Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Wisconsin” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 383 of the 11,989 students enrolled at University of Wisconsin - Whitewater were GI Bill® students, of which 181 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $6,342. In addition to receiving other benefits, 7 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. University of Wisconsin - Stout is a medium-sized public school situated in Menomonie, Wisconsin. It awarded 20 bachelors’s visual arts degrees in 2020-2021.

UW - Stout did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #2 on our “Best General Visual & Performing Arts Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Wisconsin” list.Among the 7,970 students enrolled at University of Wisconsin - Stout, 305 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 133 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $5,590. During this same period, 0 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. Eligible students may be able to receive credit for their military training.
