You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Rogers State University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Oklahoma for Visual Arts for a Bachelor’s list. RSU is a small public school situated in Claremore, Oklahoma. It awarded 14 bachelors’s visual arts degrees in 2020-2021.
