The College of Saint Rose tops the 2021 list of our schools in New York that are best for non-traditional music students. Saint Rose is a small private not-for-profit school located in the small city of Albany. Saint Rose not only placed well in our non-traditional rankings. It is also #5 on our Best Colleges for Music in New York list.
