Brigham Young University - Provo tops this year’s ranking as the best value school for Japanese students in the Rocky Mountains Region. Located in Provo, Utah, the large private not-for-profit school awarded 6,871 diplomas to qualified bachelor’s degree students in 2020-2021.
Of the total number of students at the school, 3.5% are international. Students from as far away as Canada, South Korea, and China come to BYU to study. Yearly tuition and fees (out-of-state) for undergraduates at BYU runs, on average, about $6,120. Graduate students pay around $7,700 a year in average tuition and fees.
The school has an excellent freshman retention rate of 92%, which means students like the school well enough to return for a second year.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Brigham Young University - Idaho. The school came in at #2 in this year’s ranking. Located in Rexburg, Idaho, the large private not-for-profit school awarded 5,977 diplomas to qualified bachelor’s degree students in 2020-2021.
