Brigham Young University - Provo tops this year’s ranking as the best value school for international students. This large private not-for-profit school is located in Provo, Utah, and it awarded 7,007 bachelor’s degrees in 2018-2019.

Around 3.8% of the total student population at the school is international. The top three countries sending students to study at BYU are Canada, South Korea, and China. International students at BYU can expect to pay, on average, about $5,790 a year to attend the school. The average tuition and fees for graduate programs is $7,290 per year.

The school has an excellent freshman retention rate of 90%, which means students like the school well enough to return for a second year. BYU also took the #2 spot in our overall best for the money rankings.
