Out of the 8 schools in the Rocky Mountains Region that were part of this year’s ranking, Brigham Young University - Idaho landed the #2 spot on the list. Located in Rexburg, Idaho, the large private not-for-profit school handed out 5,977 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.

International students make up 17.5% of the total student body at the school. Students studying at BYU - I come from such countries as Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. International students at BYU - I can expect to pay, on average, about $4,416 a year to attend the school.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend University of Wyoming. The school came in at #3 in this year’s ranking. UW is a fairly large public school situated in Laramie, Wyoming. It awarded 2,364 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.

Around 4.3% of the total student population at the school is international. Students from as far away as China, India, and Canada come to UW to study. Yearly tuition and fees (out-of-state) for undergraduates at UW runs, on average, about $16,957. Graduate students pay around $17,569 a year in average tuition and fees.
