After analyzing 15 schools in the Rocky Mountains Region , we came up with our list of those that offered the best educational experiences for Vietnamese students in the Rocky Mountains Region. Our ranking is based on several objective factors, including the school's overall value and the total number of international students at the school. We steer clear of subjective measures since they don't give a clear picture when determining how one school compares to another.

Our 2021 rankings named Brigham Young University - Provo the best affordable school for Vietnamese students in the Rocky Mountains Region working on their bachelor’s degree. This large private not-for-profit school is located in Provo, Utah, and it awarded 6,871 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.

Of the total number of students at the school, 3.5% are international. The top three countries sending students to study at BYU are Canada, South Korea, and China. Yearly tuition and fees (out-of-state) for undergraduates at BYU runs, on average, about $6,120. The average tuition and fees for graduate programs is $7,700 per year.

With a freshman retention rate of 92%, the school does an excellent job of retaining its students.

The excellent bachelor’s degree programs at Brigham Young University - Idaho helped the school earn the #2 place on this year’s ranking of the best schools for Vietnamese students in the Rocky Mountains Region. BYU - I is a private not-for-profit institution located in Rexburg, Idaho. The school has a large population, and it awarded 5,977 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.

Around 17.5% of the total student population at the school is international. Students studying at BYU - I come from such countries as Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. International students at BYU - I can expect to pay, on average, about $4,416 a year to attend the school.

Out of the 15 schools in the Rocky Mountains Region that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Wyoming landed the #3 spot on the list. Laramie, Wyoming is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out bachelor’s degrees to 2,364 students in 2020-2021.

Of the total number of students at the school, 4.3% are international. The top three countries sending students to study at UW are China, India, and Canada. International students at UW can expect to pay, on average, about $16,957 a year to attend the school. Graduate students pay around $17,569 a year in average tuition and fees.

A rank of #4 on our list means University of Utah is a great place for Vietnamese students in the Rocky Mountains Region working on their bachelor’s degree. Salt Lake City, Utah is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out bachelor’s degrees to 5,437 students in 2020-2021.
