**Foothill College offers a student veterans group.**Foothill College provides a dedicated staff member to assist veteran and military students. Veteran services.
If you have specialized military training, Foothill College may take that into consideration and grant college credit for it. Ask the admissions office how this applies to you. Credit for prior learning can shorten your time to a degree, so it’s worth asking about. Check with Foothill College about credit for life experience, CLEP and similar exams, or other prior learning beyond military training.
Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) programs are not available at Foothill College.
