General Business/Commerce is one of the most popular majors in the nation, ranking 10th of all the majors we analyze. In 2020-2021, 56,042 degrees were awarded to students with this major.
At the associate degree level specifically, there were 17,867 general business/commerce graduates with average earnings and debt of $35,806 and $19,336 respectively.
For this year’s “Schools for an Associate Highly Focused on General Business Major” ranking, we looked at 504 colleges that offer a degree in general business/commerce. The colleges and universities that top this list are recognized because their general business/commerce program is one of the largest majors offered at the school.
