General Business/Commerce is the 16th most popular major in the country with 56,042 degrees awarded in 2020-2021. In 2019-2020, general business/commerce graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $43,399 and had an average of $26,389 in loans still to pay off.
Across Oregon, there were 645 general business/commerce graduates with average earnings and debt of $38,127 and $23,181 respectively.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Western Oregon University. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Oregon for General Business. Western Oregon University is a small school located in Monmouth, Oregon that handed out 96 ’s general business degrees in 2020-2021.
Western Oregon State College also made our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list, coming in at #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS].Of the 4,554 students enrolled at Western Oregon State College, 187 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 89 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $7,651. On top of their other funding sources, 2 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program.
