Across Ohio, there were 921 real estate graduates with average earnings and debt of $43,082 and $18,174 respectively.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Cincinnati - Main Campus. It ranked #4 on our 2023 Schools Highly Focused on Real Estate Major in Ohio list. Cincinnati, Ohio is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s real estate degrees to 50 students in 2020-2021.
The undergrad student loan default rate at the school is 4.7%, which is quite low when compared to the national default rate of 10.1%. The school has an excellent freshman retention rate of 88%, which means students like the school well enough to return for a second year.

Sinclair Community College landed the #7 spot on the 2023 Schools Highly Focused on Real Estate Major in Ohio ranking. Dayton, Ohio is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s real estate degrees to 323 students in 2020-2021.
