You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Georgetown University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Real Estate for a Master’s list. Georgetown is a private not-for-profit institution located in Washington, District of Columbia. The school has a large population, and it awarded 169 masters’s degrees in 2020-2021.
Georgetown not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #3 on our “Best Real Estate Master’s Degree Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region” list.Among the 19,371 students enrolled at Georgetown University, 10 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 5 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $30,300. New York, New York is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out masters’s real estate degrees to 274 students in 2020-2021.
In addition to being on our middle atlantic region master’s degree vets studying real estate list, NYU has also earned the #2 rank in our “Best Real Estate Master’s Degree Schools in the Middle Atlantic Region” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 1 of the 52,775 students enrolled at New York University were GI Bill® students, of which 1 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $6,388. To help with additional expenses, 1 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program.
With a freshman retention rate of 90%, the school does an excellent job of retaining its undergraduate students. The school has an impressive undergrad student loan default rate.
