Michigan State University tops the 2021 list of our schools in Michigan that are best for non-traditional computer information systems students. Michigan State is a very large public school located in the city of East Lansing. As a testament to the quality of education offered at Michigan State, the school also landed the #2 rank in our Best Colleges for Computer Information Systems in Michigan ranking.

University of Michigan - Ann Arbor comes in at #2 in this year's ranking. Located in the city of Ann Arbor, U-M is a public school with a very large student population. U-M also took the #1 spot in our Best Colleges for Computer Information Systems in Michigan rankings.
The school has a low student loan default rate of 0.2%. There are approximately 15,737 students at U-M that take at least one class online. There are roughly 3,568 part time students in attendance at U-M.

Grand Valley State University earned the #3 spot in our 2021 rankings. Located in the large suburb of Allendale, GVSU is a public college with a fairly large student population. GVSU also took the #3 spot in our Best Colleges for Computer Information Systems in Michigan rankings.

Oakland University comes in at #4 in this year's ranking. Located in the large suburb of Rochester Hills, Oakland is a public school with a fairly large student population. Oakland also took the #6 spot in our Best Colleges for Computer Information Systems in Michigan rankings.

Ferris is a fairly large public school located in the distant town of Big Rapids. In addition to being on our best for non-traditional students list, Ferris has also earned the #9 rank in our Best Colleges for Computer Information Systems in Michigan ranking.

Western Michigan University landed the #10 spot in our 2021 best computer information systems schools for non-traditional students. WMU is a large public school located in the small city of Kalamazoo. WMU did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #8 on our Best Colleges for Computer Information Systems in Michigan list.
