Tallahassee, Florida is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out doctorate’s IS degrees to 4 students in 2020-2021.

As a testament to the quality of education offered at Florida State, the school also landed the #3 spot in our “Best Information Science Doctor’s Degree Schools in the Southeast Region” ranking.Among the 43,569 students enrolled at Florida State, 8 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Located in Atlanta, Georgia, this large public school awarded 11 diplomas to qualified doctorate’s IS students in 2020-2021.

Georgia Tech did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #1 on our “Best Information Science Doctor’s Degree Schools in the Southeast Region” list.Among the 39,771 students enrolled at Georgia Tech, 430 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 240 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $7,376. On top of their other funding sources, 2 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program.
