Across the Southeast region, there were 2,218 information science graduates with average earnings and debt of $57,109 and $37,581 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 1,418 information science graduates with average earnings and debt of $37,400 and $27,180 respectively.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for IS for a Bachelor’s” ranking analyzed 38 colleges that offered a degree in information science. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent information science programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

College of Charleston landed the #25 spot on the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for IS for a Bachelor’s ranking. College of Charleston is a fairly large school located in Charleston, South Carolina that handed out 16 bachelors’s IS degrees in 2020-2021.
