You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend University of North Carolina at Charlotte. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in North Carolina for IT for a Master’s. UNC Charlotte is a large public school situated in Charlotte, North Carolina. It awarded 34 masters’s IT degrees in 2020-2021.
UNC Charlotte also took the #1 spot in our “Best Information Technology Master’s Degree Schools in North Carolina” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 1,476 of the 30,146 students enrolled at University of North Carolina at Charlotte were GI Bill® students, of which 642 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $4,691. To help with additional expenses, 13 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. Students may be able to receive credit for their military training, depending on their background.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend North Carolina A & T State University. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in North Carolina for IT for a Master’s list. Greensboro, North Carolina is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out masters’s IT degrees to 50 students in 2020-2021.
NC A&T also took the #2 spot in our “Best Information Technology Master’s Degree Schools in North Carolina” ranking.Of the 12,753 students enrolled at NC A&T, 789 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 245 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $4,612. On top of their other funding sources, 7 students received funds through the Yellow Ribbon Program. Students may be able to receive credit for their military training, depending on their background.
