For this year's Best Computer & Information Sciences Colleges for Non-Traditional Students in the Far Western US Region ranking, we looked at 49 colleges that offer a bachelor's in computer & information sciences. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great computer & information sciences programs and a strong support system for non-traditional students.

University of Southern California tops the 2021 list of our schools in the Far Western US Region that are best for non-traditional computer & information sciences students. USC is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the large city of Los Angeles. USC did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #2 on our Best Colleges for Computer & Information Sciences in the Far Western US Region list.
About 0.5% of USC students default on their loans in three years, which is lower than average. There are approximately 15,291 students at USC that take at least one class online. 6,687 of USC students are attending part time.

Washington State University earned the #5 spot in our 2021 rankings. Located in the town of Pullman, Wazzu is a public college with a very large student population. Wazzu also claimed a spot on our Best Colleges for Computer & Information Sciences in the Far Western US Region list. It's in the top 20% of all schools in this category.
