Construction Trades is the 34th most popular major in the country with 35,794 degrees awarded in 2020-2021. In 2019-2020, construction trades graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $38,184 and had an average of $11,556 in loans still to pay off.

Across Pennsylvania, there were 1,635 construction trades graduates with average earnings and debt of $38,454 and $12,343 respectively. At the associate degree level specifically, there were 771 construction trades graduates with average earnings and debt of $35,360 and $19,957 respectively.

Pennsylvania College of Technology is a public institution located in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The school has a small population, and it awarded 70 associates’s degrees in 2020-2021.

Penn College did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #1 on our “Best Construction Trades Associate Degree Schools in Pennsylvania” list.Our most recent data shows that 289 of the 4,565 students enrolled at Penn College were GI Bill® students, of which 206 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. Pennsylvania Highlands is a small school located in Johnstown, Pennsylvania that handed out 14 associates’s construction trades degrees in 2020-2021.
