You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Youngstown State University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Great Lakes Region for Civil Engineering Tech for a Bachelor’s list. Located in Youngstown, Ohio, this fairly large public school handed out 13 degrees to qualified bachelors’s civil engineering tech students in 2020-2021.
