Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent general engineering technology programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

Tennessee Tech University also made our “Best General Engineering Technology Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southeast Region” list, coming in at #6.Of the 10,177 students enrolled at Tennessee Technological University, 403 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. UWF is a fairly large public school situated in Pensacola, Florida. It awarded 34 bachelors’s engineering tech degrees in 2020-2021.

UWF also made our “Best General Engineering Technology Bachelor’s Degree Schools in the Southeast Region” list, coming in at #8.Of the 13,061 students enrolled at The University of West Florida, 1,438 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 750 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $3,810.
