You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in the Rocky Mountains Region for Engineering for a Doctorate. UCCS is a public institution located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The school has a fairly large population, and it awarded 16 doctorate’s degrees in 2020-2021.
