You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Great Lakes Region for Engineering for a Doctorate list. UWM is a large public school situated in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It awarded 29 doctorate’s engineering degrees in 2020-2021.
In addition to being on our great lakes region doctor’s degree vets studying engineering list, UWM has also earned the #1 rank in our “Best General Engineering Doctor’s Degree Schools in the Great Lakes Region” ranking.Of the 24,565 students enrolled at UWM, 983 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data.
