CU - Boulder is a fairly large public school located in the medium-sized city of Boulder. CU - Boulder also took the #2 spot in our Best Colleges for Engineering in Colorado rankings.

About 1.1% of CU - Boulder students default on their loans in three years, which is lower than average. Approximately 24,299 students take at least one class online at CU - Boulder. About 7,631 of the students at CU - Boulder are attending part time.

Colorado State University - Fort Collins landed the #2 spot in our 2021 best engineering schools for non-traditional students. Located in the city of Fort Collins, Colorado State is a public college with a very large student population. Colorado State did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #3 on our Best Colleges for Engineering in Colorado list.

About 0.8% of Colorado State students default on their loans in three years, which is lower than average. Approximately 12,180 students take at least one class online at Colorado State. 9,631 of Colorado State students are attending part time.

University of Colorado Denver/Anschutz Medical Campus landed the #3 spot in our 2021 best engineering schools for non-traditional students. CU Anschutz is a fairly large public school located in the city of Denver. CU Anschutz also took the #5 spot in our Best Colleges for Engineering in Colorado rankings.

The student loan default rate at CU Anschutz is lower than is typical, just 0.9% of students default in three years. There are approximately 8,659 students at CU Anschutz that take at least one class online. About 11,636 of the students at CU Anschutz are attending part time.

Our rankings recognize University of Denver as the #4 school in this year's rankings. DU is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in the large city of Denver. As a testament to the quality of education offered at DU, the school also landed the #4 rank in our Best Colleges for Engineering in Colorado ranking.
