The University of Tennessee - Knoxville is a large school located in Knoxville, Tennessee that handed out 111 doctorate’s engineering degrees in 2020-2021.

Tennessee Tech University is a medium-sized public school situated in Cookeville, Tennessee. It awarded 10 doctorate’s engineering degrees in 2020-2021.
