Florida Tech is located in Melbourne, Florida and, has a medium-sized student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 28 doctorate’s engineering degrees to qualified students.

Florida Tech also took the #7 spot in our “Best Engineering Doctor’s Degree Schools in Florida” ranking.Of the 6,775 students enrolled at Florida Tech, 1 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Florida International University landed the #8 spot on the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Florida for Engineering for a Doctorate ranking. Florida International University is a large school located in Miami, Florida that handed out 42 doctorate’s engineering degrees in 2020-2021.

FIU not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #8 on our “Best Engineering Doctor’s Degree Schools in Florida” list.Our most recent data shows that 1,079 of the 58,836 students enrolled at Florida International University were GI Bill® students, of which 606 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $6,771. In addition to receiving other benefits, 0 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program.
