Ohio State is located in Columbus, Ohio and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 423 masters’s engineering degrees to qualified students.

As a testament to the quality of education offered at Ohio State, the school also landed the #3 spot in our “Best Engineering Master’s Degree Schools in Ohio” ranking.Among the 61,369 students enrolled at Ohio State University - Main Campus, 2 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 0 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $0. You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Dayton. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Ohio for Engineering for a Master’s list. UDayton is a fairly large private not-for-profit school situated in Dayton, Ohio. It awarded 186 masters’s engineering degrees in 2020-2021.

UDayton also made our “Best Engineering Master’s Degree Schools in Ohio” list, coming in at #2.Our most recent data shows that 197 of the 11,650 students enrolled at UDayton were GI Bill® students, of which 142 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $15,930. In addition to receiving other benefits, 40 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. UDayton offers credit for military training for eligible students.

This large school is located in Cincinnati, Ohio, and it awarded 225 masters’s engineering degrees in 2020-2021.

UC did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #4 on our “Best Engineering Master’s Degree Schools in Ohio” list.Of the 40,826 students enrolled at UC, 909 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. This fairly large school is located in Cleveland, Ohio, and it awarded 132 masters’s engineering degrees in 2020-2021.

Case Western did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #1 on our “Best Engineering Master’s Degree Schools in Ohio” list.According to our most recent data, Case Western supports 11,465 students, and 109 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 69 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. University of Akron Main Campus came in at #6 in this year’s edition of the Most Veteran Friendly in Ohio for Engineering for a Master’s ranking. University of Akron Main Campus is a fairly large school located in Akron, Ohio that handed out 72 masters’s engineering degrees in 2020-2021.
