Writing Studies is the 81st most popular major in the country with 12,529 degrees awarded in 2020-2021. In 2019-2020, writing studies graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $32,208 and had an average of $24,626 in loans still to pay off.

Across Florida, there were 647 writing studies graduates with average earnings and debt of $30,288 and $30,330 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 326 writing studies graduates with average earnings and debt of $38,395 and $25,950 respectively.

The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Florida for Writing for a Bachelor’s. USF Tampa is a public institution located in Tampa, Florida. The school has a large population, and it awarded 20 bachelors’s degrees in 2020-2021.

As a testament to the quality of education offered at USF Tampa, the school also landed the #2 spot in our “Best Writing Studies Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Florida” ranking.According to our most recent data, University of South Florida - Main Campus supports 50,626 students, and 2,211 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 1,241 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $4,943. On top of their other funding sources, 13 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. University of South Florida - Main Campus offers credit for military training for eligible students.

This large school is located in Orlando, Florida, and it awarded 26 bachelors’s writing degrees in 2020-2021.

UCF did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #1 on our “Best Writing Studies Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Florida” list.Of the 71,881 students enrolled at University of Central Florida, 2,263 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data.
