You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Georgia. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Best Value Housing Schools For Those Getting Aid list. Athens, Georgia is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s housing degrees to 73 students in 2020-2021.

UGA did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #1 on our “Best Housing Schools” list. The yearly cost to attend UGA is $14,257 for Housing students with aid.

The undergrad student loan default rate at the school is 1.9%, which is quite low when compared to the national default rate of 10.1%. With a freshman retention rate of 94%, the school does an excellent job of retaining its undergraduate students.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend University of Missouri - Columbia. The school came in at #2 for the Best Value Housing Schools For Those Getting Aid. Columbia, Missouri is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out ’s housing degrees to 38 students in 2020-2021.

In addition to being on our housing students with aid list, Mizzou has also earned the #2 rank in our “Best Housing Schools” ranking. The yearly cost to attend University of Missouri - Columbia is $16,559 for housing students with aid.

The low undergrad student loan default rate of 2.5% is a good sign that students have an easier time paying off their loans than they might at other schools. For comparison, the national default rate is 10.1%. The school has an excellent freshman retention rate of 89%, which means students like the school well enough to return for a second year.

Out of the 8 schools in the Best Value Housing Schools For Those Getting Aid that were part of this year’s ranking, Brigham Young University - Provo landed the #3 spot on the list. Brigham Young University - Provo is located in Provo, Utah and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 13 ’s housing degrees to qualified students.

BYU also made our “Best Housing Schools” list, coming in at #4. The yearly cost to attend BYU is $13,474 for housing students with aid.

Out of the 8 schools in the Best Value Housing Schools For Those Getting Aid that were part of this year’s ranking, Texas Tech University landed the #5 spot on the list. Texas Tech University is a large school located in Lubbock, Texas that handed out 12 ’s housing degrees in 2020-2021.

Texas Tech also took the #3 spot in our “Best Housing Schools” ranking. The yearly cost to attend Texas Tech is $16,194 for housing students with aid.
