In 2020-2021, 35,945 people earned their degree in health sciences and services, making the major the 34th most popular in the United States. In 2019-2020, health sciences and services graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $35,887 and had an average of $24,736 in loans still to pay off.

Across the New England region, there were 2,006 health sciences and services graduates with average earnings and debt of $33,568 and $23,630 respectively.

For this year’s “Most Well Attended Health Science Major in the New England Region” ranking, we looked at 61 colleges that offer a degree in health sciences and services. This ranking identifies schools that graduate the most students in health sciences and services.
