George Mason University has taken the #1 spot in this year's public health ranking for non-traditional students. Located in the large suburb of Fairfax, GMU is a public school with a fairly large student population. GMU not only placed well in our non-traditional rankings. It is also #1 on our Best Colleges for Public Health in Virginia list.
The school has a low student loan default rate of 0.8%. Approximately 21,490 students take at least one class online at GMU. 12,712 students are part time.
Liberty University landed the #2 spot in our 2021 best public health schools for non-traditional students. Located in the small city of Lynchburg, Liberty University is a private not-for-profit college with a fairly large student population.
