University of Rhode Island has taken the #1 spot in this year's history ranking for non-traditional students. Located in the large suburb of Kingston, URI is a public school with a fairly large student population. URI did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #3 on our Best Colleges for History in Rhode Island list.
