Humanities is the 37th most popular major in the country with 22,314 degrees awarded in 2020-2021.

Across the Great Lakes region, there were 1,097 humanities graduates with average earnings and debt of $0 and $0 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 140 humanities graduates with average earnings and debt of $40,343 and $26,790 respectively.

For this year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Great Lakes Region for Humanities for a Bachelor’s” ranking, we looked at 10 colleges that offer a degree in humanities. Ohio State University - Main Campus is located in Columbus, Ohio and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 9 bachelors’s humanities degrees to qualified students.
