You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Massachusetts - Lowell. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the New England Region for Global Studies for a Doctorate list. UMass Lowell is located in Lowell, Massachusetts and, has a fairly large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 1 doctorate’s global studies degrees to qualified students.
