You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University of Pennsylvania. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Pennsylvania for International Studies for a Master’s list. UPenn is a private not-for-profit institution located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The school has a large population, and it awarded 69 masters’s degrees in 2020-2021.

UPenn also took the #1 spot in our “Best International Studies Master’s Degree Schools in Pennsylvania” ranking.Of the 26,552 students enrolled at UPenn, 324 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data.
