Out of the 2 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the Southwest Region for Conflict Resolution for a Master’s that were part of this year’s ranking, Southern Methodist University landed the #1 spot on the list. Located in Dallas, Texas, this fairly large private not-for-profit school handed out 13 degrees to qualified masters’s conflict resolution students in 2020-2021.

SMU also took the #1 spot in our “Best Peace Studies & Conflict Resolution Master’s Degree Schools in the Southwest Region” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 327 of the 12,373 students enrolled at SMU were GI Bill® students, of which 215 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
