San Jose State University has taken the #1 spot in this year's health & physical education ranking for non-traditional students. San Jose State is a very large public school located in the large city of San Jose. San Jose State also took the #3 spot in our Best Colleges for Health & Physical Education in the Far Western US Region rankings.
The school has a low student loan default rate of 0.9%. Approximately 19,939 students take at least one class online at San Jose State. 9,800 of San Jose State students are attending part time.

California State University - East Bay comes in at #2 in this year's ranking. Located in the large suburb of Hayward, Cal State East Bay is a public college with a fairly large student population.
